Sweetie has been through so much for such a young cat. Barely a year old herself, she gave birth to a litter of kittens this summer and lovingly raised them in foster care. Her babies have all found homes… but Sweetie is still waiting. She’s exactly what her name says — a gentle, affectionate soul who just wants to be loved. But life hasn’t been easy for her, and it shows in the way she flinches at sudden sounds or hesitates before trusting new hands. Once she knows she’s safe, though, she melts into your touch and purrs like she’s finally found peace. Sweetie needs someone patient and kind — someone who will see the fragile heart behind those wary eyes and help her believe in love again.
