After serving as a diligent rat-hunter for the city (as part of Tree House’s Cats at Work program), she is ready to live a life being pampered and spoiled by human friends. It takes her some time to get used to new environments and humans, but once she begins to trust you, it is a profoundly rewarding experience. She meows when she would like some head scratches and brushing from humans. Her luxurious coat needs to be brushed daily to keep it mat-free. Other times, she is very respectful and independent. She enjoys mouse toys, scratching boards, and bird-watching. She thrives in the company of other felines. A quiet home with a few cats would suit her best.
