Meet Sushi <br/><br/>Sushi is a beautiful young mama with the prettiest eyes and a sweet, gentle personality. <br/><br/>Sushi was rescued along with her five 10-week-old kittens after the little family had been surviving on their own. She spent so much of her young life taking care of her babies that she is only now getting the chance to discover what it’s like to relax, play, and simply be a cat herself. <br/><br/>Since coming into foster care, Sushi has gradually started coming out of her shell. She’s learned that cat towers are great for climbing and napping, scratching posts are pretty fun, and getting neck scratches from her foster mom might be one of the best things ever.<br/><br/>Sushi is still cautious and needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people, but she’s also incredibly curious. She follows her foster mom around the house, sleeps at the end of her bed, and will even jump up to ask for some of those favorite neck rubs. She’s not a lap cat yet, but she’s showing us more and more that she enjoys being close to her person when she feels safe.<br/><br/>Now that her babies are grown, it’s finally Sushi’s turn. She’s ready for a fresh start where she can relax, play, explore, and let her own personality shine without having five kittens to worry about!<br/><br/>Sushi would do best in a quieter, patient home with someone who will give her the time she needs to build trust at her own pace. She’s a good, sweet girl who is still very young herself, and we think there is so much more of Sushi waiting to come out.<br/><br/>With the right forever home, we think this sweet mama is going to absolutely shine. <br/><br/>Adoption fee is $100.
