Hi! My name is Sunny D and I am available for adoption. I was brought in by an Animal Control Officer on November 22, 2025. I had a microchip so that's how staff knew my name, but unfortunately my owner never came for me. I have been very sweet and vocal while here at RASKC, but I have quite the ravenous appetite so I would do best in a home without younger children. I love to eat so steer clear when it is meal time! My caregivers have been feeding me with a mazefeeder and metal lickimat to slow me down and offer enrichment :) I will chew up the silicone lickmats. I am a medium-haired cat which means I will need frequent grooming, please keep that in mind! I am a spirited cat with a fun-loving personality! I may be sensitive to handling, so I would do best in a home with a cat savvy family who knows when to give me some space. I can be a bit hot and cold when first meeting someone new. It takes me a bit of time to warm up and trust the new humans around me.
