Sunny's Story
Meet Savannah & Sunny: A Bonded Pair Seeking Patience and Love
Savannah (1 year old, Tuxedo) and Sunny (1.5 year old, Orange and White Tabby) didn't start their lives together, but they've become the best of friends as shelter roommates, forming a deep bond we simply can't break. This playful young duo is now available for adoption together and are looking for a special, patient family ready to welcome twice the love into their home! Savannah, a resilient kitty who has already overcome eye surgery for underdeveloped eyelids, might offer a shy hiss initially, but quickly melts into gentle touches and loves to snuggle. Today, you'd never know Savannah faced such a big challenge - her eyes are bright and healthy! Sunny is a more reserved girl who will need a quiet environment to feel safe before her playful side--she loves her track ball toy!--shines through. We often find the girls zooming around their room, engaging each other in a game of chase frequently! Building their trust will take effort, but the reward is immense: a double dose of love from two sweet, loyal kitties. We recommend a calm home with children over 12 and no dogs. They would get along with a calm, resident kitty. If you're ready to open your heart and home to this courageous duo and give them the time they need to settle in, they are waiting to meet you! You can make an appointment online to meet them. Sunny and Savannah's combined adoption fee is $400.

*To visit our cats, you must make an appointment on-line at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt.*

Note: While we are happy to respond to your questions about any of our cats, you will still be required to make an on-line appointment at www.caringforcatsmn.org/adopt if you wish to meet our cats. Once you have a confirmed appointment, you can monitor the adoption appointment calendar and move your appointment to an earlier opening should one become available.
