Sunny's Story

Sunny is the kind of cat who believes 'bright and cheerful' is a great name in theory, just maybe not something she's ready to embody on day one. Sunny came to the shelter alongside Rue and Gus after being rescued from a hoarding situation, and despite her rough start, she is a very sweet girl with a gentle, sensitive nature. She has been quite nervous since arriving at the shelter and is still learning that the world can be a safe and comforting place. Sunny would love nothing more than a calm, cozy home where she can finally relax and feel secure at her own pace. She would likely do well with respectful children of all ages and would likely enjoy the companionship of a calm feline friend to help her feel more at ease as she settles into her new life. If adoption isn't in the cards right now, you can still make a difference by clicking the donate button below Sunny's profile. It would be pawsitively amazing!
