He's found that too much noise or activity can be overwhelming. We are looking for a calm, relaxed home — no small children, no infants, and no other pets at this time. While Sunny has lived with cats before, he thrives best when given the chance to bond with his humans first, without having to compete for attention or space.<br/><br/>Sunny comes with some special care needs:<br/>He has well-managed IBS and a chicken allergy, so he’s on a specialty limited ingredient diet with daily probiotics. Like many Maine Coons, he’ll likely be prone to dental and joint issues as he ages — annual vet visits and dental care are a must. His glorious coat needs regular brushing and benefits from professional grooming about twice a year to prevent matting. We’re looking for an adopter who has previous experience with owning special-needs pets and understands the importance of consistent, proactive care.
