Sun Bear's Story

Meet Mama Sun Bear! Sun Bear is a beautiful 3-4 year old female cat with soft black fur & a white patch on her chest. She came to Tiny Life Rescue with her 2 babies, Andy Bear & Kody Bear, and adores them so much. She enjoys all cats and will chirp and trill at them to say hello and show affection.

Sun Bear will need an experienced, loving and patient adopter who will give her plenty of time to settle in, as she is shy with people. We’re not sure what her history is, but she is slowly making progress with her foster humans. While Sun Bear is unsure and a bit scared, she is sweet and shows a lot of potential for blossoming into a friendly house cat.

Currently, she is open to being handled and will comfortably accept treats and snacks. She’s learning to be comfortable with getting petted and would do just fine with cat savvy kids who have compassion for nice, shy cats. Sun Bear would likely also do well with a proper introduction with a cat-friendly dog.

Do you love Halloween & are you looking to celebrate with a sweet, deserving black cat? Consider adopting Sun Bear! She'd be open to having a quiet, spooky celebration with you especially if there are churus involved!

All kittens and cats in Tiny Life Rescues care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV combo tested, and receive age appropriate vaccines before going to their forever home.

Sun Bear is currently being fostered in a loving & caring home in Haddon Township, NJ. Feel free to e-mail us at adoptionstlr@gmail.com to learn more.

If you are interested in meeting this sweet girl, fill out an adoption application here: https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/TLR/Cat
