This cat is part of our shelter outreach program where we take pets from overcrowded shelters in hopes of finding them a forever home here! We generally do not have much background info on them. They are all up to date on vaccines, spayed/neutered and microchipped. FIV/Felv negative.<br/>Meet Summer, a truly special senior girl with so much love to give.<br/>At almost 12 years old, Summer has spent her entire life with one devoted owner. Sadly, after her owner suffered a stroke and could no longer care for her, Summer found herself in a place she never expected... living in a cage, missing the comfort of home and the person she loved.<br/>Despite it all, Summer’s heart is as big and gentle as ever. She adores being close to her people, she’ll happily sit right beside you, soaking up all the love you’re willing to give. And her signature move? Gently placing her paw in your hand to ask for more pets. It’s as sweet as it sounds... and impossible to resist.<br/>Summer would prefer to be your one and only, and honestly, she’s more than enough.
