I'm a sweet Sherazi cat who was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. I had been living in a shelter there for quite some time before a rescue group in NYC got me out of there. I just got here in late March 2022 to find a real home, for furever. I'm around 2 years old.<br/><br/>I'm super quiet and calm, and very gentle. I am good with all people, nice cats, and even with children who have cat experience and won't be rough with me. I love to be pet and even held, and would likely turn into a lapcat if you and your home are cozy and inviting. <br/><br/>The past week since I arrived in NYC has been rough. There's really no room for me anywhere, so I've been shacked up with a few other cats and not that much human companionship. But I haven't complained at all or caused any problems.
