Happy Halloween from Sugar and Smudge. These two girls are looking for their forever home. They are 2.5 months old, spayed and up to date on their shots. They are adorable little girls, they are shy and will be until they trust you. These girls were dumped on the railroad tracks and were found by a nice lady. Sadly, their brother didn’t make it. We would love these two to stay together. They are great with other cats, we don’t know about dogs and we think they will be good with kids - again once they trust them. Lakeshore Animal Friends's Adoption Policy

Adoption application is a requirement for all cats/kittens adopted directly from LAF. Pet must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption and, unless special circumstances are agreed upon for a specific cat/kitten, the pet is considered an indoor only pet. LAF reserves the right to visit the potential adopters home to ensure a good placement for the pet and/or has final determination if the pet is a suitable match for the adopter.

Our Mission

Provide spay/neuter assistance for pets adopted from Mason Country Animal Control. Where possible provide foster based rescue for kittens and cats until a safe, healthy and permanent home can be found.
