Strudel's Story

Hi my name is Strudel! As I'm sure you can tell by the name, my mom loves pastries! Anyways, I'm a 5 year old, almost 6, female spayed orange shorthaired tabby. I love to play, bird watch in windows, relax on the back of the couch, and did I say play? Unfortunately, my mom has to find me a new home. I love to play/rough house with my house mates, however they're not liking my playfulness much anymore being that they're old farts (16 and 20). We were all besties when I was adopted at 8 months of age up until almost a year ago. They no longer want to be apart of my hide and seek games or play "pounce the monster" with me anymore. They hiss and swat when I walk by. My mom feels bad needing to keep me locked up at all time, she's afraid the old farts aren't enjoying their golden years and their quality of life is suffering. She says she wants me to go to a home where I can thrive and enjoying being a "American Ninja Warrior" and maybe a have a team mate around my age or younger that can keep up with me. I can be shy at times and may run and hide, but once I know it's ok to be myself, I will be your shadow. I'm fairly quiet, I only chirp when there is danger, like if the water bowl is low or if there is a bird intruder. Yes bird. I once saved my family's life! There was a bird on the chandelier! I chirped until my mom located where I was chirping and she was able to safely get rid if it. But that's a story I can share in better detail if you adopt me. Please consider adopting me and given me the chance to fully bloom into the active, sweet, happy cat I once was! My mom is so sad to see me go but she knows this is the best decision for everyone. I have no problem using the litterbox either.

FosterCat adoption form: http://fostercat.org/adoptionform.html
