Stratus #bonded-to-Nimbus's Story

#CLOUD-BOY

DOB 10/1/25

Hey there, everyone! I’m Stratus, one of the #cloud-boys, and I'm a sweet and energetic gray-and-white tuxedo whose world revolves around snuggling next to my foster pawrents. When Foster Meowmy or Daddy work on their computers, I’m happy to jump in their laps for a nap. I don’t care if they’re preoccupied and can’t give me their undivided attention. I just like the comfort of being close to them. However, I’m more reserved and shyly hide when company comes over. I often look to my brave, adventurous brother Nimbus to “test the waters,” and I usually follow his suit. I eventually emerge when I feel safe and slowly warm up to the visitors too.

When Nimbus and I were about a month old, we were found with no momma in sight in the back yard of a friend of Foster Meowmy’s who lives in Dallas. Since he’d never cared for unweaned kittens before, Foster Meowmy picked us up and drove us to Houston. We overheard her tell someone, “They were perfect angels in the car.” We settled easily into our foster home, where we made friends with the resident adult cat and small dog. Of course we spend our waking hours tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other before we collapse in a kitten puddle.

Now we’re two balls of fluff, ready to bring our sweet dispositions and frenetic kitten energy to brighten our forever home. Since we are such bonded brothers, Foster Meowmy is insisting that we are adopted together. We think staying together is the cat’s meow because we can be playmates and cuddle buddies while you’re at work or on vacation. Arrange to meet us today! Our hearts have so much love to give – all we need is YOU!

HOPE ID 25-1116-M044

Stratus and Nimbus’ $250 bonded-pair adoption fee includes both spay/neuters, basic vaccines, microchips and registrations, testing for FIV/FeLV, negative fecal tests, and preventative treatment against fleas and parasites.

To apply online: http://www.homelesspets.net/adoption-forms/cat-adoption.php

If you have questions prior to filling out the application or want to find out which adoption site Stratus and Nimbus will be this week-end, email us at sfenicle1@gmail.com, and a volunteer will get back to you.
