Meet Stormy! <br/><br/>Stormy is a beautiful medium/long haired Seal point ragdoll cat who is aprox 3 years old and 5lbs. (When we rescued her she was very underweight so we expect her to be around 7lbs when she fills out) <br/><br/>We rescued stormy when she landed in the shelter and listed as rescue only due to ‘major medical’. Stormy was born with radial hypoplasia which is a deformity of her front limbs. Because of this, she walks a little wonky, either on all 4 legs or will stand upright like a kangaroo (hence her name) Despite this, Stormy is resilient and completely capable of climbing, jumping, using the litter box just fine! <br/><br/>Her needs: Stormy will need a home with either carpet, or plenty of rugs or runners as she will slip and slide on tile or wood floors. All wood floors is fine as long as there are enough rugs in the main areas for her to be able to easily get around, She should also be started on a high quality joint supplement to ensure her legs and joints will be healthy and strong into her adult and senior life. Stormy also needs to be brushed daily as she is prone to get mats. <br/><br/>Stormy is very shy at first but also very sweet and affectionate once she warms up. She is currently being fostered with small/large dogs and also another big male cat and gets along with everyone wonderfully!
