Stormy's Story

Stormy is quite the lady, think Dame. Yes, exactly like Dame Violet Crawley from Downton Abbey. Even when she lived in the colonies, she was a lady. She just hadn't found her castle yet.
You can barely hear walk, as she does this quite gracefully. Perish the idea that you will hear her meow, for that, is for commoners. She forgets herself sometimes during a hunt (of her favorite toy, of course) and lets out an excited ‘'chirpeow'', but that's to be expected during moments of passion. Every lady needs a hobby.

She is fondly known as "Toothless." Yes, exactly like the famous one. Unlike that one, however, she lost all her teeth after being rescued from the colonies due to severe dental disease.
Stormy is dignified; when she needs to throw up, she does so only in the privacy of her litter box, because only barbarians do it on carpets or elsewhere. She's demure but easily spooked, though can you blame her? No lady enjoys finding herself in a hairy situation. When startled, she may hiss or swat, her way of maintaining decorum and personal boundaries.
Like any proper lady, Stormy requires dignified peace and quiet. If you have precious offspring and other furry members of the family, your castle is unfortunately not ideal for this lady. She needs to be the center of -her- your universe. She loves pets and snuggles that she initiates, as well as hanging out with you while you work. No lady likes to be picked up without her express consent so let's not start now.

The red dot is her sworn enemy, and she eats all the food and treats you can offer to bulk up for their final showdown.

Every lady requires patience and wooing. This particular lady demands a deep well of both - after all, it took her more than 6 months to decide she liked the butlers in her current castle.
Stormy has a sensitive stomach and a history of urinary crystals, so she must remain on a z/d Hydrolyzed Diet for the foreseeable future.

Like all ACR cats, Stormy is up-to-date on vaccines and has been treated for fleas and parasites. She is negative for FIV and FeLV.
