His family moved away and left him behind, a kind neighbor fed and cared for him till we could get him into our foster program. Stormy is great with kids, confident with big dogs, and makes friends easily with new cats. Stormy has no interest in returning to the outside and is often found lounging on the couch. He loves to play with his cat friends by sleeping - his preferred pastime.
