Stitch's Story

Stitch is an adorable DSH buff tabby male born approximately 9/10/2024.

Meet Stitch!

My scars tell the story of a tough life on the streets—but they also show just how strong and loving I am.

Before I was rescued, I suffered from a severe inner ear infection and ear mites that caused constant irritation. I scratched and scratched, trying to find relief, until my skin and fur were badly hurt. Thankfully, a kind person stepped in and brought me to a local animal shelter, where my healing journey began.

After months of care and gentle treatment, the staff saw something special in me—my sweet nature and trust in people never faded. That’s when New Beginnings gave me a second chance and placed me in a foster home to continue healing.

Because of everything I’ve been through, I have a permanent (and very adorable!) head tilt. It just adds to my charm! Sometimes it still bothers me a little, but I’m doing better every day and hope the itching will soon be a thing of the past.

Now that I’m safe indoors, I’m discovering how fun life can be! I live with other foster cats and get along well with them—though I love playing with their tails (I try to resist... but wiggly tails are just too tempting!). I would really enjoy having a playful kitty friend of my own.

I’m a loving, curious boy who:

Follows you around like a puppy
Loves head scratches and cuddle time
Gets a little vocal if I can’t find you (I just want to be near you!)
Lights up with curiosity as I explore new things

My foster mom says it’s adorable watching me learn and experience indoor life for the first time.

Now all I need is a forever home where I can keep growing, playing, and loving. Could that be with you?

Stitch is microchipped and currently in a loving foster home. His adoption fee is $105.
