Steven and Mackenzie's Story

Steven Springer and his sissy Mackenzie are a bonded pair who need to find a home where they can be together furever. They were abandoned and subsequently found near Spring Garden Road. We believe that they were thrown from a car because Steven had a badly broken leg and other injuries.
Fortunately we were able to get an appointment with the orthopedic surgeon within 2 days of rescuing him, and Steven has a plate, four screws and two wires holding his broken leg together. He had to remain on cage rest for 4 weeks to allow the bone to heal. We are so happy to announce that his recovery period is over, and he has been neutered and is ready for adoption with his sister Mackenzie, who has also been fully vetted and spayed.

Our kittens are tested for feline leukemia, vaccinated twice, spayed and neutered, microchipped and they come with a free trial of 6 weeks of pet health insurance.

We spend a minimum of $500 getting each healthy kitten ready for adoption. And in Steven's case, we have spent nearly $5,000 on his Veterinary Health Care. Regardless of the amount spent, we ask for the same small adoption fee for every kitten, only $350. So for this bonded pair, the amount would only be $700.

Call Sonya at 902-469-6369 for a discussion to see if you might be the ideal adopter. Then you can complete an application which is available as a Google Document that you can find pin to the featured posts on our Facebook group and page, or a Microsoft Word document that can be emailed to you.

Mackenzie is the sweetest girl!
