Steven's Story

Steven was found alone and dirty in a car engine when we rescued him. He loves to play with other kitties and needs to have a kitty friend in his home because he is on the shy side. He prefers male cats over female cats. He was born 3/2024.

Steven is FIV positive. Please keep in mind that FIV+ cats can live a normal life of 12-15 years and never have any problems. They do not need medicine and are not contagious to humans or dogs. It is NOT easily passed between cats and cannot be spread casually. FIV is merely a potentially compromised immune system. Steven is NOT sick in any way and in a loving, indoor home he will remain healthy and live a good life.
