Steve is a sweet kitty who loves people and other cats. He always wants to be in the middle of whatever is going on. Steve will (politely) let you know when he needs pets with a gentle nudge with his head, patiently<br/>looking up at you until you get with the program. He loves looking out windows and chatting at birds and anyone walking by. Don’t be surprised when he comes to find you and flops down for belly pats. They are his second favorite after scratches behind his ears.
