Stephie's Story
Stephie is such a unique looking young cat.. Stephie is now two-years old. She developed a nervous habit of over grooming and sometimes requires steroid shots to help decrease the overgrooming. This began when Stephie went to a foster home where there was a dog.

The dog never aggressed towards Stephie, but just the same she became very distressed and started over grooming. We are hoping that a calm home without dogs will help her to feel more secure. Stephie also added a daily med to her routine, to help her woth anxiety, and that has helped woth decreasing overgrooming. Stephie loves to lay next to you on a sofa. She gets along with other cats. Stephie is also available for our long-term Foster program also, due to her special needs.
