Stephanie's Story

***Stephanie will only be happy if she has other cat friends in her space, so if your friendly, chill kitty or kitties is/are looking for a friend, Steffi is all in!

Stephanie was a member of a large cat colony being brought under control. She was fostered with Sylvester and Jolo, and really leaned on them to become comfortable in the new world she found herself in.

A class grey tabby with a kittenish, pixie face, Stephanie is reserved in nature and nervous around people. Not surprising when she lived the formative years of her life outside fending for herself. A lot of patience went into giving her space and letting her set the pace, and with time and love, Stephanie was able to relax into her new life and accepted people into her comfort zone even if she remains suspicious about reaching hands.

Stephanie is more at ease when she is simply hanging with her cat buddies and people have little to no expectation of her engagement. She seems happiest to just be, and respecting her limits so she can be free to gradually settle down is likely the best course to take until she decides otherwise.

This shy miss is a tightly furled flower waiting for someone’s patient nourishment and reassuring love to open up. With the help of other confident, friendly and cuddly cats, Stephanie will surely get there.

Would you like to make Stephanie a part of your family?
