Meet Starfire — the little comet with a heart of gold! This 6–7 month old tabby-and-white sweetheart zoomed into the shelter with her four siblings, and she’s been lighting up the place ever since. Friendly, outgoing, and full of playful sparkle, Starfire loves batting toys around, chasing her kitty friends, and curling up for snuggles with her favorite humans. Gentle and affectionate, she’s the kind of kitten who fits in with just about anyone — kids, adults, first-time cat families, you name it. She’s fully house/litter box trained and comes spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, all ready for her forever home. While she hasn’t met any dogs yet, Starfire is young, adaptable, and absolutely capable of learning to be comfortable around canine companions with a slow, positive introduction. Bisbee Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

We ask that you meet the animal in person to help ensure that it's a good match for both of you. You will need to fill out an application, with at least 3 personal references and a vet reference. We usually approve or deny the adoption within 24 to 48 hours. Our adoptions are not first come first served, but are based on what is the best fit for the animal and potential pet parent. We may receive multiple applications for the same animal. The adoption fee for cats and kittens is $60 which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and microchip registration. The adoption fee for dogs is $75 which includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and microchip registration. The adoption fee for puppies is $100 which also includes spay/neuter, current vaccinations, microchip, and microchip registration.
