Starburst was rescued from a local kill shelter where she had been brought in as a stray - public drop off. She is not only beautiful in appearance, but beautiful in personality. Starburst is very social and easygoing. She gets along with all the other cats in her foster home and was out and about immediately after bringing her home. Undoubtedly she would get along fine with dogs, too, with proper and slow introductions. Furry Friends Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

We are a new group and we will be rescuing more as we recruit new foster homes - so check back often! We do not adopt on a first-come, first-served basis - it is our goal to find the right home for the cat or dog as well as ensuring that the cat or dog is the right match for its new family. A win/win situation. We do home visits for our dogs. Our Adoption Fees are $160 for cats and $250 for dogs. All our cats and dogs are fully vetted prior to adoption - this includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, feline leukemia/aids testing, heartworm tests, deworming, spay or neuter, microchips and other medical treatment as required. You can fill out an Adoption Application online on our website. All our cats and dogs live in foster homes so we don't have a physical shelter for you to visit.
