Star - COURTESY POST's Story

Meet Star (dob 5/14/2025)

Star was found with her 3 sisters and brother in May of 2025 near Elm Street in Aberdeen. Their mother disappeared when they were barely 3 weeks old. We fed them for about a month until we were able to capture them, bring them to the vet and take them home. The girls were raised together and separated from the rest of our cats for about a year when we began to slowly integrate them.

Star took some time to adjust to our home, but she has since become very playful and energetic, and loves to roll around and snuggle on our bed. She is very affectionate and loves pets/rubs on her head and back, but she can be sensitive about other areas and will warn you if she doesn't like where/how she's being touched.

She gets along well with all of her siblings, and generally ignores most of our own cats, but she can be a little aggressive toward the less-submissive ones. So we think she would make a great family pet as the only cat in the home or with one of her sisters, but her compatibility with other cats really depends on their personalities.

Up to date on age appropriate vaccines, deworming, and flea prevention. Spayed/Neutered and Felv/Fiv combo neg.

First time pet owners, a personal reference is required.
