Star's Story

Star
Short Hair Dilute Gray & Orange Tortie Spayed Female
Estimated Birthday: 5/30/2025

Baby, I am a Star... with beautiful markings! I am much more independent from my siblings and mom. I am sweet, quiet, and very gentle. I am less rambunctious than my brothers, but still enjoy playing like a kitten. I love eating chicken fancy feast wet food more than crunchy dry food. I was born indoors after my pregnant mom, Blue Eyed Girl was rescued from a field. I would do well with cat-savvy children and other pets with slow introductions.

Star is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and has been treated for parasites. Her adoption fee is $125. All current pets must be fixed and up-to-date on vaccines. Do you have room in your heart and home for this sweet girl?

Fill out our online application to get approved for a meet and greet:
http://www.tigerlilyrescue.com/adoption-application/

Tigerlily Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old. * If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed. * We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family. * For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best. * If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time. * We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child. Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
