Squirrel's Story

Meet Squirrel! She is a stunning 3-year-old longhaired torbie with a soft, flowing coat and an equally soft personality. Originally found as a stray, she spent about a year in a home with her finders, where she had the chance to experience the comforts of indoor life. When they felt they could no longer provide the level of care she deserved, they made the difficult decision to help her find a new opportunity with us. Through it all, Squirrel has remained incredibly sweet and gentle.

She has previously lived with both dogs and cats and may do well with other respectful pets after a thoughtful introduction period. Squirrel also has a playful side and enjoys a variety of toys, making her a fun and engaging companion. With her loving nature and playful spirit, Squirrel is ready to settle into a forever home where she can feel safe, cherished, and truly part of the family.

She is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations and preventatives. If you have further questions, please call the shelter at (517) 626-6060 or email our adoption staff at adoptions@AdoptLansing.org.
