Spryte's Story
Spryte is quite the character. She came to us quite traumatized and took a long while to get to the place where we could have any positive interactions with her. She was fierce, but we think that was her instincts in overdrive, as she tried to adjust to her new environment after having a difficult time in her previous environment. Since we have had her, Spryte has become the Queen Bee of her room. She rules the other cats, and keeps us humans on our toes also. She can be quite charming, rubbing up against us and asking for pets and attention... then next thing we know we are getting a swat. Spryte has shelter fatigue and is constantly trying to escape from her room. We would love to place her in a cat savvy home, without other pets or children, with someone who could be patient and mindful of her unpredictable nature. We do wonder if there is a hidden lap cat hiding inside of her, and she just needs the confidence to let it free... only a true home will give us the answer.
