SPOOKY's Story

ADOPT SPOOKY

We have another very special, special needs kitty looking for a furever home.

This is Spooky, or as we call him Sneaky (because he always looks like he’s sneaking up on you ) We saved Spooky from a high kill shelter in Georgia back in November. When he arrived it was evident that he was suffering from an upper respiratory infection but also it was very clear he couldn’t walk normally. He was so sick he lost 2lbs in one week! Thankfully after a trip to our vet, antibiotics, eye drops, and lots of food and love he was feeling much better! Our vet believes that he was once hit by a car or stepped on as a kitten and his knees healed improperly. They are fused together with no mobility. Thankfully Spooky is NOT in any pain. Surgery would not be beneficial for him but being put on a glucosamine supplant life long would be very beneficial. This is not overly expensive. He is a very good cat and takes medication like a champ! Spooky is EXTREMELY AFFECTIONATE ... he will lick your face and nibble your ears and nose (lovingly of course). He also “makes biscuits” 24/7 even if there ain’t anything there for him to put his paws on he will still do it, it’s the cutest thing. Even when he getting his medication he will being doing it. He LOVES other cats dogs and kids. He would do best in a home with another friendly cat, he loves the companionship. He does love dogs but we want to make sure it’s a calm dog that couldn’t accidentally hurt him. He gets along very well as you can see but we want to be cautious. This sweet boy loves affection and attention and would make a family very very happy.

SPOOKY IS:

*8 months old
*Neutered
*Up to date on vaccines
*Good with cats, dogs, and kids!
*Would do best with another friendly cat

CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT THE ADOPTION APPLICATION- https://form.jotform.com/82708252435154
