Spooky and Lazy's Story

Meet Spooky and Lazy, a bonded pair of kitten siblings!! They are approximately 6 months old.

Spooky is a female small black kitten who loves to play, eat treats and will yell at you to get food! She’s on the shy side, but when she warms up to you she rolls so much she’ll roll off your lap!

Lazy is a female black cat who is very lazy. She is the last to wake up to get food, the last to get up to play, but she stores up all her energy and when she does play she is an acrobat and will launch herself into the air!

Spooky and Lazy are part of a litter that was late to socialization, they have both come so far, but need a patient adopter. They both really want attention and love. They just take a bit to warm up and can still be unsure of new people. They both respond really well to treats and will let you know if you are late for dinner!

What Spooky and Lazy are looking for in a home:

- They want to stay together forever and must be adopted as a pair.
- They’re new to indoor life with humans, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers can make them nervous.
- They can get nervous, so they need a kind and patient guide to help them feel comfortable with new experiences.
- They’ll need extra time and TLC to build trust.
- They have lots of kitten energy and will benefit from plenty of active play time.
- They feel at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
- They need to live indoors only.
- They have a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to their age.
- They have no known history with dogs.
- They get along with older children.
- They need children to respect their space.

All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.

Thank you for your interest in Spooky and Lazy! If your household fits the above criteria, you can apply to adopt them by filling out this questionnaire: https://bit.ly/ACPAdoptionForm

Only applicants who complete the questionnaire will be considered. Please do not submit an inquiry through Petfinder, as it will not replace the questionnaire. Many of our cats receive numerous applications, and we thank you for your patience while we review applications and find the best match.

Please do not follow up on your application by phone or email as this will not expedite a response.
