Introducing Spock and T’Pau—straight from the planet, Vulcan. They even greet humans with the Vulcan’s split toe formation signaling, “Live long and prosper."<br/><br/>These siblings were born earthside 6 years ago to a feline mother, who had been subjected to chemical warfare (insecticides.)<br/><br/>A kind humanoid Trekkie intervened and transported them to sickbay. Both Vulcans were deemed quite healthy, unusually pleasing to the eye, and very affectionate. They were thought to be black and white descendants of “tribbles” but with some mysterious and randomly placed mutated feet.<br/><br/>Spock and T’Pau gained notoriety due to their distinct gaits. T’Pau achieved mobility using her one paw for traction on the human’s floor covering. Spock achieved greater mobility with his more usable appendages.<br/><br/>Sadly, their humanoid has been transported to permanent sick bay. Spock and T’Pau request an immediate new “cabin”, with an equally compassionate humanoid, where they can, “Live long and prosper."<br/><br/>They wish for carpet or rug(s) to show off their ambulatory skills. Our adoption process consists of submitting an application, having veterinary and personal references checked, a phone screen with the adoption/application coordinator and a home visit. We strive to match up the right dog or cat with the right family because we want to make GREAT and permanent matches. The fees help to cover the expenses the rescue incurs providing excellent vet care to all of the animals that come into our care.
