Spike's Story

Spike is a 1.5yr old tabby with gray and white markings who was rescued from a hoarding situation in Easley. He was initially very shy but has really come out of his shell. Spike loves playing and he gets along well with other cats and was fine when introduced to a smaller dog. When not playing Spike prefers to hang out with his family either sleeping in their lap or right next to them. He has a very calm, sweet demeanor and loves pets. After a rough start to life this sweet boy is ready for the next chapter of his life. Spike just wants to be loved and give love back, rolling over for belly rubs, and purring away when petted. Spike has been in foster care for a while, are you ready to give him a loving forever home?

OUR ADOPTION PROCESS: Please apply for adoption by filling out an application at www.FelineLifelineSC.org. Once your application is reviewed, a volunteer will contact you within 48 hours for an interview by phone or send an email. (Be sure to check your "SPAM" folder.) If approved, we will schedule a meeting between you and the cat to make sure you both like each other. Please be aware we have a variable adoption fee that ranges from $75 to $300, depending on how much money we've invested in the cat. We will also work with you on adjusting the fee if we feel you are a great adopter for a cat often overlooked. Thank you for your interest!
