Spice's Story

Spice - Sassy Tortoiseshell Looking for a Quiet Home

Meet Spice, a beautiful 2-year-old tortoiseshell female with a little bit of sass and a lot of personality. She came from a TNR project in Orwigsburg near Route 895 after being found as a kitten through a message to Save the Strays.

Spice is more of a quiet, independent girl. She tends to be shy and a bit of a loner, and she prefers observing the world from a safe, cozy spot like a cat tree or behind furniture. She is not a fan of being picked up, but she enjoys having her own space and routine.

She is very food motivated and will happily appear when mealtime rolls around! Spice eats Friskies or Purina food and treats and enjoys scratch posts, crinkle toys, and soft cat toys.

Spice would do best in a calm, quiet home where she can settle in at her own pace. Sudden movements or loud noises may cause her to hide, so a peaceful environment will help her feel secure.

Home Preferences:
Good with other cats
No dogs
No young children due to her sassy and shy nature
Best in a quiet household with patient adopters

Health & Care:
Vaccines up to date
Microchipped
Currently on Revolution flea prevention
No known allergies or special dietary needs

Spice may take a little time to warm up, but with patience and a calm home, she can be a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates a more independent cat with a little tortie attitude.

Interested in giving Spice a quiet forever home?
