SPECK<br/>DOB: Approximately 05/09/2025<br/>Female, 1.5 lbs. (little thing)<br/><br/>Speck is the littlest kitten of Lily’s babies and sister to Benny, Piper, Finn & Melon. Born in a crumbling shed, this little tiny peanut is a little fireball that wouldn’t have survived if she hadn’t been saved. Her mother, Lily was just a kitten when she had Speck and her siblings and the building was falling down around them. Their start in life wasn’t great but now Speck has grown from being the teeniest baby that was very shy to one of the little stronger sprites of the litter. She is playful and loving and loves everyone she meets. She is a little purr machine and look at her little face! She has been held by children and and loves other cats and has been around small dogs. <br/><br/>Speck is a super lovey kitty. She loves playing with wands. But the laser pointer is her favorite! All pets are cared for in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted.<br/><br/>We require a home visit as part of the application process. We are only able to coordinate home visits where we have local volunteers.<br/><br/>All of the cats in our care and available for adoption have been rescued from shelters, the streets or from neglect or abuse situations. We do our best to determine the given breed or breeds of any cat or kitten in our program based on our experience and advice of professionals.
