SOUP's Story

Meet the Soup Kittens: Soup, Chowder & Gumbo!

Say hello to our adorable “soup kittens,” a trio of sibling cuties who are as sweet as they are soft. Soup, Chowder, and Gumbo are approximately 7 months old and came into rescue a few months ago very timid and undersocialized—but wow, have they blossomed! All three are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped—ready to find their forever homes. The two girls, Soup (black and white tuxedo) and Chowder (adorable grey and white), have made wonderful progress. They now approach their foster mom, rub against her legs, and enjoy being pet (though being picked up is still a bit scary). Their brother Gumbo (brown tabby), is more cautious and shy, but he loves to play—especially batting at hands for a cute little “high paw.”

They all love to play, come running for Churu treats and hop into bed at night with their foster mom and her dog! These adorable kitties are gentle, sweet souls who just need time to build confidence!

Because of their sensitive nature, the soup kittens would do best in a home with another friendly cat—or adopted with one of their siblings if you’re looking for a pair. They will need patience, understanding, and a calm environment, but they are already off to a great start and have so much potential to grow into loving companions.

If you’re the kind of adopter who believes the best bonds are built slowly and beautifully, one (or two!) of these kittens may be your perfect match.

Interested in meeting them?
