He might have been allowed out prior to being given up as he will try to dart outside when the door is open. He is not much of a talker but does love head pets. Most of the time he is pretty mellow but if startled or scared he can scratch. In prior foster homes he was agitated with other animals so he will do best as the only pet in his household.
