Sorbet's Story

Sorbet came in as a group of 9 cats in February 2025, who had been living outside without much shelter. He’s about 3-4 years old. We aren’t sure if he ever had a home (wasn’t neutered), and if he did, it had been a long time. Thankfully, there was a woman who was supplying some food for the group and got him to our shelter. He was looking a little rough and had a wound that needed to heal. But, he immediately seemed to like being pet and has been friendly. When he was brought to the shelter, he was dirty but rolling around in the trap looking at the people, with eyes full of hope and some sense that he was finally safe.
