Sophia's Story
Sophia, a quiet 16 year old girl, is in need of socialization. She has a stunning coat which she cares for independently, but she doesn't ever allow anyone to touch it. Sophia lives cage free in her room with 4 other cats; she adores all of her roommates, especially her bff, Sarah. She loves to nap and snuggle with her feline besties. Although she sometimes follows volunteers around waiting for her beloved Bonito dried fish flakes, she always stays a few feet away. She lets us know, with a hiss, when we get too close.<br/><br/>Adopters for Sophia will need to have experience socializing extra shy adult cats, and she will do best if adopted with one of her friends. She should not be around children.<br/><br/>Adoption hours are by appointment only. Call 508-285-5159.
