Soot's Story

Soot is a gentle, reserved sweetheart with a soft spot for everyone she meets. She loves playing with her brother and curling up next to the adult cats in her foster home—she’s truly a friend to all. The moment you approach her or give her a little cheek scratch, her instant purr rumbles to life, loud and proud.

Soot enjoys lap time but also appreciates her quiet moments to herself. She’s never one to miss a meal and will happily remind you when it’s dinner time. Recently, she’s discovered a love for fetch—especially her pom-pom toy—and will proudly keep bringing it back for another round.

Sweet, loyal, and full of love, Soot will make a wonderful companion.

All CCATS's adoptable cats and kittens have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites and have tested negative for FIV/FELV.

Ready to add some purr-fection to your life? Our Mission
We partner with our community to improve the lives of homeless cats; feral, stray, abandoned, and the kittens born to them. We employ and fully support the TNR concept for feral cats and ensure they're returned to a managed colony.
