Sonya's Story
Hi there! I'm Sonya and I am 9 months old. I am your typical tortoiseshell cat that has a 'tortitude.' I am affectionate and cuddly, but I am also feisty, sassy and quite opinionated. I am an independent girly that would prefer a home with people but if I could choose, I would like a home without young kids who may bother me and get in the way of my independence. While I don't mind being held, you have to catch me first, and I don't want to be poked and prodded. I am listed as selective with cats because I am always on the move and love to play and not every cat enjoys that. I can also be a bit of a bully and chase down smaller cats. When I chase them into a corner, I don't do anything but puff my tail as I am quite satisfied to bully others. If your cat stands up to me though, I will just keep to myself and watch from afar! If you think your kitties can handle my playfulness and sass, come out to meet me! Once we get to know each other and I become your best friend forever, I will provide you with so much love!Give the shelter a call at (574) 267-3008 or email them at info@awlwarsaw.com if you have any questions about me! If not, stop by the shelter at 1048 S 325 E in Pierceton, IN 46562 to look at me! No appointments necessary!
