Sonic's Story

Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If interested, please complete an application at -------III https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 III --------

Meet Sonic. He came to us on November 23, 2016 from Grand Falls as a rescue from the SPCA. They were unable to help him, so he came to us. Sonic was diagnosed with ear mites, fleas and he was very thin. In addition, his left front leg was paralyzed and he had sustained a partial traumatic amputation of his tail. He's just a baby, born about September 8, 2016.

We're not sure how this happened, but we are sure he's now getting the very best of medical care from Dr Monteith at the Florenceville Veterinary Clinic. He's already purring up a storm, now that he's warm, safe, has professional and compassionate vet care, pain medication and a full belly. His purr is exceptionally loud and rough, making him sound like a little ungreased freight train!! He is adorable and we know that with the care he is getting, he has the best possible chance at recovery.
