Sonic's Story

Sonic is a spayed female. She is a small cat with lots of energy, hence her name. When she came to the shelter, she was very shy and wanted nothing to do with people. She has responded well to gentle care and now enjoys being petted while she eats. In fact, she will pretend to continue eating after her dish is empty just so the petting will continue. She plays well with other cats and enjoys playing with people as well. She is still somewhat shy with people but once she knows you, she is very affectionate. She loves curling up in your lap and showering you with affection. She does not like to be picked up, preferring to hop onto you lap.
