Solara's Story
Meet Solara!

This sweet pint-sized girl is about three years old and the size of a field mouse. Not literally, of course, but she is a petite little thing that fooled us into thinking she was a kitten at first!

Her personality is just as small; Solara tends to keep to herself and hide where she feels comfortable enough to look out at the world. There's a lot out there and it's a lot to handle, so she has to do it one baby step at a time. She does feel more confident with a friend by her side and tends to get a little more brave when someone encourages her. While shy, she does love affection and will willingly accept some pets and start to open up.

For Solara, we'd like to see her in a quiet, low-traffic home. She's flighty when nervous, so somewhere where there aren't a lot of open doors and opportunities for her to zip into trouble. No kids and no dogs, as that's just another thing to make her uncertain about her environment. She's done very well in the community room with other cats, and often seems to take solace in other felines.

To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application.
