Socks's Story
Socks has been with us since November, and we’ll be honest — shelter life hasn’t shown him at his best. The noise and stress are hard on a sensitive guy like him. But here’s the important part: his foster says he was AWESOME.<br/><br/>In a home, Socks is a gentle giant. He gets along well with other cats and didn’t mind sharing space with a big dog. Because he can be a bit defensive in the shelter, he’d do best with older kids who understand and respect boundaries. He’s shy and will need some time to settle in, but once he does? He loves head scratches, goes wild for Churu, and turns into a total sweetheart.<br/><br/>And fun fact: Socks is completely smitten with our shelter cat Boss. He’ll roll over and show his tummy every time she walks by. 💕<br/><br/>Socks is about 1 year old and just needs someone willing to see who he really is beyond the shelter walls. Could that be you? 🐾
