He clearly had been cared for at some point in his life, although he had not been neutered and no one responded to our "Cat Found" posters and ads. Socks is extremely friendly and affectionate; he jumps into the laps of his care-givers the moment they sit down. Socks gets along well with other cats and dogs, has meticulous litter box and grooming habits and is very appreciative of food and attention.
