Snow Bunny's Story
Snow Bunny came to A Safe Place Inc during a blizzard. She was terrified and stayed hidden in a garage for nearly a month before we were finally able to bring her in. Her presence was only known because the cat food food stored in the area was going missing.
Not only is Snow Bunny all white, she is missing her tail.
The vet discovered that not only had she been spayed, but someone had declawed her which explains why she was hiding. She is healing from scratches due to the inability to defend herself without her claws.
We are all shocked at what poor Snow Bunny has been through, and she is an example of why we do not advocate for declawing practices.
Now she is resting in A Safe Place, and we are looking for a special home with a patient and loving adopter who will give her time to gain her confidence back.
She is sweet, snuggly, and a true lap cat!
We believe her to be 3 or 4 years old.
She is petite and needs to gain some weight.
She would do best in a home without other cats.
