Snickers's Story
Four month old Snickers is perfectly imperfect. She has a condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), which means part of her brain is underdeveloped. This sounds scary, but all it means is that she's a wobbly kitty. But CH doesn't stop her from doing all the things kittens do, such as play, eat, use her litterbox, and cuddle. CH doesn't get worse, nor does it need any special vet care. Snickers simply is unsteady on her feet and always will be. Snickers must go to a home that is on a single floor or there is the ability to block off stairs, since her wobbles make stairs a little dangerous. She needs to be adopted with another kitten or go to a home that has a young cat to be Snickers' friend. Are you willing to open your heart and home to this special girl? If so, come and meet her, and she will show you that being different can be a beautiful thing.
