Smudge & Splash

Meet Smudge and Splash, two of the sweetest cats looking for their new forever home! They just turned one year old last month, are littered trained, spayed/neutered, healthy and up to date on all shots. Being so young, they are still full of fun kitten energy and playfulness but tempered with some adult restraint – lol.<br/><br/>Ladies first, so we will start with Smudge. What a beauty, and so uniquely marked! She is white with gray and black, but also a hint of brown. Smudge is playful but very laid back as well. She loves to jump to pull the magnets off the refrigerator but will not touch anything else while grabbing them with her paws. She offers a soft meow when the food or water is low. She loves to cuddle but can be equally happy off on her own.<br/><br/>And then there’s her adorable brother, Splash, a handsome, striking orange and white tabby. Splash is affectionate and also a teeny bit stubborn at times. (Hello! He’s a cat. Lol) But he is so loving and affectionate and loves to cuddle when it’s nap time. Upon command he will retract his claws when playing and continue to offer gentle paw pats with you as if saying “I understand”.<br/><br/>Both will greet you at the door when you come home and let you know how happy they are to see you with lots of purrs and paw pats. They have not been around dogs or other cats so it is unknown how they would adjust, but with patience and the right approach to introduction, there is reason to believe they could be integrated into a home with a gentle dog or other cats.<br/><br/>This is a bonded pair and my hope is that we can place them together. They love to cuddle and play with each other and would make such a loving, playful, fun addition to your family! They are for indoor only homes.<br/><br/>These sweet babies are currently in Andalusia, Alabama.
