He was very skinny/emaciated and sick with an upper respiratory tract infection. Despite the suffering and cruelty that he has endured, Smudge has so much love to give, and the only thing he wants is someone to love him back. He is VERY (!) affectionate, and will give you all of the hugs with his little arms that you could ever possibly want. Please let us know if you are interested in meeting Smudge as he is available for meet and greets this coming week. If you would like to arrange a meet and greet, please fill out an application (found on PetFinder and at the top of our Facebook page) for pre-approval in order to expedite the adoption process if you should decide, he would be a good fit in your home.
