Smokey Joe is a 17-year-old cat looking for his forever home!<br/><br/>Smokey Joe is a stoic gentle giant! He loves grooming himself in the sun after morning patrol. He is definitely food motivated! He is not afraid to remind you that it is time for a snack and although he is normally slower paced; he hustles to the sound of food and treats! He has high standard for drinking water and prefers small bowls of fresh ice water made when requested. At night, he splits his time sleeping at the foot of his foster mom's bed with being curled up on mom's desk chair by the bed. He enjoys listening to calming music. <br/><br/>Relaxing on his crunchy sounding soft sleep sack right next to his foster mom's desk is his MOST favorite spot to both nap and supervise his foster mom work/study. He loves affection, cuddles, getting brushed and laying on his foster mom's chest for check ins. His overall presence is calming and resilient. Smokey Joe will do best in a calm forever home where he is the only cat (and the center of attention of course)! PS. Catnip fan! <br/><br/>Smokey Joe is ready to make the most of his golden years.
